RO App has long supported Zadarma telephony integration. What’s new is that you can now use it to send SMS messages to your customers. You can send either automated notifications triggered by order (ticket, job), inquiry, or booking events, or personalized messages manually—the choice is yours.
Zadarma is an international telecommunication provider offering reliable services since 2006 and serving a global network of users in over 160 countries. Pricing on SMS depends on your country. Navigate to the Zadarma website to learn more about their plans.
Connecting Zadarma for SMS
Connecting Zadarma’s SMS sending feature in RO App takes just a few minutes and only three simple steps:
Go to Settings > Integrations, find Zadarma in the SMS section, and click Configure.
Enter your API token, Secret, and Sender name.
Select Integration enabled and save your settings.

To send automated notifications, first set up events and message templates in Settings > External Notifications.
