We’re excited to introduce a new integration: SumUp is now available in RO App! SumUp is a trusted international payment provider known for its simplicity, security, and accessibility for small and medium businesses. Integrate SumUp with your RO App account to easily create payment links and get your orders (tickets/jobs) and invoices paid faster.
The integration is available starting from the Startup plan.
What You Can Do with SumUp in RO App
Generate payment links from orders
Open an order and go to the Invoices and Payments tab to create a payment link that you can share with your client.
Automatically generate payment links for invoices
In Settings > General, enable online payments for invoices. RO App will automatically create payment links when invoices reach a specific status — and optionally move them to another status once they’ve been paid.
Create standalone payment links
In Finance > Payment links, generate links not connected to any order or invoice. This helps you accept payments for miscellaneous services or sales.
Sharing Payment Links with Clients
To send the created payment link to your customer, you can:
Simply copy it and send via chats
Use the {Order Payment URL} or {Invoice Payment URL} in external notifications and print templates
Also, you can set up payment acceptance via order public page in Settings > Public pages.
Moreover, you can create payment links for orders in the mobile app and instantly display them as a QR code for customers, or long-press the QR code to copy the link.
Available Payment Methods
With payment links generated via the SumUp integration, your clients can pay using:
Visa
Mastercard
Apple Pay
Google Pay
PayPay
Bancontact
Blik
Boleto
EPS
Giropay
iDeal
MyBank
PIX
Przelewy24
Satispay
Sofort

For detailed steps, follow our step-by-step guide on setting up the SumUp integration.
Once connected, you can configure automated invoice payments and start generating payment links in both orders and the Finance module.
SumUp Fees for Processing Online Payments
SumUp uses a transparent flat-rate pricing model for online payments. In most European countries, payment links are charged around 2.5% per transaction, but the exact fee depends on your country and SumUp’s local pricing.
Check the exact rate for your country on the official SumUp website.
What’s Next for Payment Integrations
We’re already working on expanding payment integrations with support for in-person payments, and SumUp will be the first provider to offer this in RO App. Stay tuned to be the first to know when these improvements are rolled out.
