Redesigned Financial Accounts and Transactions

We’ve refreshed the financial accounts experience to make it clearer and easier to work with.

  • The Finance > Payments tab is now called Transactions and Cashboxes are now called Accounts in all languages — more accurate terms for everything happening in your accounts.

  • The Transactions page has been redesigned with a cleaner layout and improved usability.

  • You can now assign an icon and color to each financial account.

Custom icons and colors make it much easier to find the right account when you:

  • browse accounts in Finance > Transactions

  • create transactions directly from orders or sales

This is especially helpful if you work with multiple accounts on a daily basis.

Exclude Refundable VAT from the Orders Profit Report

If your company receives a refund of VAT paid for purchased products, you can now reflect this correctly in profit calculations.

When generating the Orders Profit report, simply enable the new option Exclude refundable purchase taxes from cost. Once selected, refundable VAT will no longer be included in the cost, helping you get a more accurate view of actual profit.

Contact Reassignment When Deleting an Employee

To prevent contacts from being left without a responsible manager, we’ve improved the employee deletion flow.

If an employee assigned as a contact manager is being deleted, RO App will now prompt you to reassign their contacts to another manager before completing the deletion.

This ensures continuity in client communication and keeps your contact database well organized.

Employee Groups

In Settings > Employees, you can now create groups to organize your team and keep employee lists easy to navigate.

You can assign a group to each employee in their profile.

After that, employees are grouped in all dropdowns across the system — for example, when selecting a manager or assignee, or when filtering tables by employee.

This helps you:

  • find the right employee faster,

  • avoid mistakes when working with long lists,

  • work more comfortably as your team grows.

Next, we plan to expand grouped employee lists to other areas of RO App, such as the Work Schedule.

These updates are already available in RO App. We’ll keep improving the system to make everyday workflows smoother and reporting more transparent.
