If you accept online payments from clients in Poland, you must issue a fiscal receipt (paragon fiskalny) for most sales made to individual customers. To comply with local regulations, businesses must record these transactions using a fiscal device.
To help you stay compliant, RO App now supports automatic fiscalization of online payments processed via payment links when you use the eparagony.pl integration.
This means that when a client pays through a payment link created in RO App, the system can automatically generate a fiscal receipt for that payment.
How It Works
In RO App, you can create payment links using supported payment providers such as:
Mollie
Stripe
SumUp
When your client completes the payment through the link, the transaction is recorded in RO App on the financial account connected to the payment provider.
If this financial account is configured for fiscalization via eparagony.pl, RO App will automatically send the payment data to the fiscal system to generate a fiscal receipt.
Automatic Fiscalization Logic
When a client pays using a payment link:
if the financial account is connected to eparagony.pl, the payment will be fiscalized automatically, and an electronic fiscal receipt will be generated;
if the financial account is not connected to eparagony.pl, the payment won’t be fiscalized.
To ensure your online payments are fiscalized correctly, we recommend connecting the eparagony.pl integration and linking it to the financial accounts used for receiving online payments.
Issuing Fiscal Receipts to Clients
Fiscal receipts generated via eParagony.pl are available in your fiscal system. You can also find the related payment in Finance > Transactions in RO App to review the transaction associated with the fiscal receipt.
