Product types in posting import
We continue improving how product types work in RO App. Now, when importing products for posting via mapping, you can immediately define the required product type for them.
A new "Product type" field is now available when importing a posting via mapping. You can map this field to a column in the file or set a default value.
Assign product types during posting import and create new products with the correct data structure.
Bulk Adding Serial Numbers During Manual Product Posting
We have simplified the manual posting of serialised products in RO App. Now, if you already have a list of IMEI or serial numbers, you can paste them into the document with a single copy-and-paste action instead of adding each number separately.
When adding the numbers, RO App automatically recognises serial numbers in the list. You can use different separators:
new line,
tab,
comma,
semicolon.
If several different separators are used in one list, the system will also process these values correctly. Please note that if other separators are used in your list, the system will not be able to process them.
You can paste up to 200 serial numbers at once. Duplicates and empty values will not be added, and numbers that fail validation will be highlighted, so you can quickly correct them before completing the posting.
The current manual entry, scanning, and posting import from a file continue to work without changes.
