To assess a business’s true performance, it’s important for a manager to see the big picture rather than piecing together data bit by bit. In RO App, financial metrics for successful work orders, unsuccessful work orders, and sales are tracked separately—each in its own dedicated report.
The consolidated “Total Profit” report combines financial results from these three main areas: successful work orders, unsuccessful work orders, and direct sales. The report does not use a separate formula to calculate profit. For each row, RO App uses the result from the corresponding specialized report for the selected period and location. With this report, you can analyze the total profit (or loss) or the profit for individual locations over a specific time period with just a few clicks.
Please note: The “Total Profit” report is not an accounting income statement. It summarizes the profit calculated in three financial reports within RO App.
Important:
To access this report, your role must have the corresponding permission—Total Profit—enabled in the Reports permissions section.
If work orders were closed on a past date, they will be included in the report based on the set closing date, not the actual date.
