How to work with checklists in work orders via the mobile app
In the mobile app, you can add a checklist to a work order manually.
Manually — You can add a checklist from the work order card if automatic triggering isn’t set up or if you need to add it outside the standard process.
Step 1. Add a checklist to a work order
Open the Checklists tab on the work order card.
To add a checklist manually, tap Add Checklist and select the desired template.
Note: Only active templates configured for the current type of work orders are available for manual addition.
Step 2. Complete the checklist
Click on the desired checklist to open it.
Complete all required actions for the current step.
Click Next Step to proceed.
If you proceed to the next step without completing the current one, you can return to it later and continue.
As long as there is at least one uncompleted checklist in the work orders, a progress indicator appears below the status badge. It shows the number of completed and uncompleted steps.
Once all items on the checklist have been completed, its status automatically changes to “Completed”.
Click on a completed checklist to view all its completed items and sections.
Note: All employees with access to the corresponding work orders can view checklists. The automatic creation of a checklist does not depend on an employee’s access rights.
Adding Files via a Checklist
If a checklist item requires adding a file or photo, the uploaded materials are automatically saved in the Files tab of the corresponding work order.
The file's status—public or private—is determined by the default setting in the general work order settings. If no default value is specified, the file will be private.
If necessary, you can change the file’s status.
Deleting a checklist
You can only delete a checklist in the web version. This option is not available in the mobile app.
If you need to delete a checklist, open the work orders in the web version and delete the desired checklist.
