Written by Xenia

Step-by-step instructions for connecting and configuring integration with myFatoorah to RO App.

Step 1. Preparation in myFatoorah

1. Register or log in to your myFatoorah account.

2. Generate an API Key in your account settings.

3. In your account settings, generate or copy the Webhook Secret.

Add webhook URL:

For Webhook, you must enable the event: PAYMENT_STATUS_CHANGED

Save the API key and Webhook Secret Key — you will need them to connect the integration.

Step 2. Enable integration in RO App

Go to Settings > Integrations > myFatoorah and click on the integration card to go to its settings.

Enable the integration by checking the Integration enabled checkbox.

Step 3. Add a merchant to the myFatoorah integration

1. Click + Merchant in the integration settings

2. Enable the merchant. Make sure the Active checkbox is selected

3. In the Locations block, select:

  • All — the merchant will be available for all locations;

  • Selected — select specific locations for which this merchant will be active.

4. Specify the name (for example, the name of the company or payment account).

5. In the API Key field, paste the API key obtained in the payment service account.

6. In the Webhook secret* field, enter the secret key.

7. Select the financial account to which payments will be credited. Payments will be credited to this financial account after successful payment from the customer. Please note that you can create a separate financial account for your company's current account on the Finance > Transactions page.

8. If necessary, enable payment link shortening

Check the Shorten payment links checkbox if you need to use short URLs for payment.

9. If necessary, enable in-person payments, save the settings, and download the QR code so that the client can make a payment by simply scanning it.

⚠️Important: Only one merchant with in-person payments enabled can be connected to a financial account.

10. Save the Merchant by clicking the Add button.

Step 4. Saving the integration

After activating the integration and adding the merchant, click Save.

After that, the integration will be fully configured and ready to use.

What payment methods are available for MyFatoorah, and where can I set them up?

MyFatoorah Payment Links support payments via credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Depending on the country and account settings, local payment methods may also be available, such as KNET, Benefit, Benefit Pay, mada, STC Pay, Samsung Pay, Tamara, and others.

For Apple Pay and Google Pay, the client does not need to manually enter card details—they can confirm the payment through the corresponding digital wallet. The availability of these methods depends on the country, device, and account settings.

MyFatoorah also supports installment payments and deferred payments, including via Tamara, if this method is available for your account and region.

Payment Links use all payment methods enabled for your MyFatoorah account. After clicking the link, the client is redirected to a secure payment page and selects an available payment method.

To enable the necessary payment methods, you must activate them for your MyFatoorah account. For Live accounts, payment methods are activated via the MyFatoorah Account Manager. Not all methods are available for every account—the list depends on the country, contract, and account settings.

In the RO App, the MyFatoorah payment method is used to generate payment links. The client follows the link and selects one of the payment methods available for your account on the payment page.

Important: The list of MyFatoorah payment methods may vary depending on the country, currency, account, and the contract signed with MyFatoorah. If the desired payment method is not among those available, you’ll need to contact your MyFatoorah Account Manager to have it enabled.
