Integration with Ringostat VoIP telephony service

Learn how RO App integration with Ringostat allows you to manage calls, set up extension numbers, and automate communication

This guide assumes that you already have an account with Ringostat with connected numbers and a configured PBX.

⭐ If you don't have an account yet, when registering, tell the manager the promo code “Ringostat_RoApp” and get $50 credited to your company's account. The offer is valid until 31/12/2026.

1. In the Ringostat account in your project go to the App Marketplace page, find RO App in the list, and click Activate.

2. In the Webhook URL (from your RO App account settings) field, enter the webhook, which can be found on the Settings > Telephony page in the window for adding integration with Ringostat in the Notification address field. This link is unique for each company.

3. Copy the generated Auth-key and Project ID.

4. Click Enable Integration and save the settings.

5. In RO App, go to the Settings > Telephony page and click Provider.

6. Select Ringostat and click Integration enabled.

7. Enter the Authentication Key and Project ID copied from your Ringostat profile.

8. Click + Extension number and fill in the details:

  • Enter the name of the extension in the "Display Name" field.

  • In the “SIP / call forwarding scheme” field, specify:

    • If it is an employee, their login. The employee's login in Ringostat can be found on the Settings > Virtual PBX > SIP accounts page in the Name column.

    • If you have a call forwarding scheme set up, the name of the scheme. It can be found on the Settings > Virtual PBX > Call Forwarding page.

  • Grant access to employees in the RO App

Important: in order for the call forwarding scheme to work correctly, be sure to add all employees involved in it as extension numbers.

9. Save the changes and integration settings.

Congratulations! The setup is complete.

If everything was done correctly, when you click on a client's phone number, a list of handsets from which you can initiate a call will appear. If a call comes in to this handset, an incoming call card will appear in the lower right corner of the screen.
