Great news for MyFatoorah users! You can now accept in-person payments directly in RO App using QR codes generated through the MyFatoorah integration.

How QR Code Payments Work

When you link a MyFatoorah merchant with in-person payments enabled to a financial account in RO App, you can initiate payments via QR code.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Download the QR code from your MyFatoorah merchant settings in the integration page.

  2. Print it once and place it at your checkout or service desk.

  3. When creating a payment from an order, sale, or invoice, select the financial account linked to this merchant to activate the printed QR code.

  4. Your client scans the QR code and completes the payment within 15 minutes. If the payment expires, you’ll need to initiate it again.

How to Enable QR Code Payments

If you already use the MyFatoorah integration:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations and open MyFatoorah.

  2. Edit an existing merchant or add a new one.

  3. Enable In-person payments and download the QR code.

  4. Save your settings.

Important: Only one merchant with in-person payments enabled can be linked to a single financial account. If you want to use multiple merchants, each must be connected to a separate financial account.
