We’re excited to introduce the integration between RO App and Ringostat, a business telephony, call tracking, and call analytics platform.

Ringostat helps companies from 33 countries efficiently handle phone calls, analyze call sources, monitor service quality, and increase conversion from calls to sales.

With this integration, all phone communication becomes part of your unified workspace in RO App. You can manage calls, contacts, inquiries, and orders in a single interface without switching between services or losing context.

What the Ringostat Integration Brings to RO App

Call History in RO App

Track incoming, outgoing, and missed calls directly in RO App. All calls are stored with date, time, duration, and status, making it easier to monitor communication and analyze performance.

Make and Receive Calls Directly in RO App

The integration allows you to:

  • make outbound calls directly from RO App;

  • receive incoming calls and instantly see the call card;

  • view contact information, order history, inquiries, and other related data before the conversation even begins.

This helps employees quickly understand the client’s request and deliver more personalized communication.

Call Recording Playback

All phone conversations are automatically recorded and stored in the system.

AI Transcription, Call Summary, and Sentiment Analysis

If needed, you can enable automatic AI call transcription. Along with the full conversation text, the system generates:

  • a short call summary;

  • sentiment detection (positive, neutral, or negative).

This allows you to quickly identify problematic or negative conversations without listening to every recording.

Automatic Creation of Inquiries and Tasks

The integration supports call automation, including:

  • automatic creation of inquiries from incoming and missed calls;

  • automatic task creation for responsible employees.

This ensures that no call goes unnoticed and your team always knows what actions need to be taken.

If the calling contact has an assigned manager, the inquiry or task will be created for that person. If not, you can configure a list of employees to whom they will be assigned in rotation.

How to Enable the Ringostat Integration

To start using Ringostat in RO App, follow these simple steps:

  1. In your Ringostat account, open the App Marketplace, find RO App, and click Connect.

  2. In RO App, go to Settings > Telephony, add a provider, and select Ringostat.

  3. Copy the authentication key and project ID from Ringostat and paste them into RO App.

  4. Copy the notification URL from RO App and paste it into the Webhook URL field in Ringostat.

  5. Enable the integration in Ringostat and save the settings.

  6. In RO App, add all necessary internal numbers, specifying SIP accounts or forwarding group names.

  7. Enable the integration in RO App and save the settings.
