Now it’s easier to understand exactly who you’re talking to in chats. RO App automatically updates the participant’s name when you link a chat to a contact from your database.
For example, if a client messages you from different messengers (which appear as separate chats in the system) and uses different names or usernames, all chats will display a single name from the linked contact.
What’s more, if you update the contact’s first or last name, it will automatically update across all linked chats.
If you unlink a contact from a chat, the last synced name will remain until you link the chat to another contact.
