Inquiries help you log client requests, track their status, and manage the resolution process directly from RO Mobile App.
In this article, you’ll learn how to configure an inquiry card, view, create, and edit inquiries, and use search and filters to quickly work with the list.
To view inquiries, your role must include the Can view inquiries permission.
Configuring the Inquiry Card in the Mobile App
Before you start working with inquiries, you can configure the inquiry card so that only the fields you need are displayed in the mobile app.
To do this, go to Settings > Inquiries. This section displays all the fields that can be used in the mobile app.
You can:
Change the order of the fields. Tap and hold the drag icon to the right of a field, then move it to the desired location.
Add a field. Tap the “+” button.
Delete a field. Swipe the field to the left and confirm the deletion.
After configuring the inquiry form, you can start working with them.
Working with Inquiries in the Mobile App
The “Inquiries” section appears on the mobile app’s home screen. Tap it to open a list of all inquiries from all locations.
In this section, you can:
view existing inquiries;
edit existing inquiries;
search for inquiries or filter them by the desired criteria.
Searching and Filtering Inquiries in the Mobile App
To search, enter at least 3 characters in the field above the list of inquiries. Inquiries can be searched by phone number, client name, inquiry number, asset serial number, or comment.
To filter inquiries in the mobile app, tap the filter icon in the upper-left corner of the screen. You can filter inquiries by the following criteria:
Creation Date
Status
Type
Manager
Location
Due Date
For the parameters above, select the values you need and save your selection—the list of inquiries will be filtered immediately.
