Chats Improvements: Message Status Filters and Message Reactions

Filter client chats by message status and react to messages in Instagram and Telegram Bot chats

Message Status Filters

We continue improving chat filters so you can quickly find the conversations you need. You can now filter chats by message status:

  • Answered — shows conversations where the last message was sent by a manager.

  • Unread — shows chats with client messages that haven’t been opened yet.

  • Awaiting response — shows chats where the last message came from a client and is awaiting a reply.

If you’ve already read a client’s message but can’t reply right away, you can now mark the chat as unread to avoid losing track of it. This way, you’ll easily find it later using the new filters.

It’s now much easier to keep all your chats under control and focus on unread messages or those waiting for your response whenever needed.

Reactions to Messages from Instagram and Telegram Bot

You can now react to messages sent via Instagram and Telegram Bot channels!
