How to create a new order from an incoming call

Learn how to quickly create new work orders from an incoming call card in the RO App to speed up call processing

To use this feature, you need to connect and configure telephony on the “Settings > Telephony” page. After that, RO App will display an incoming call card.

You can create a new order from the incoming call card. To do this:

Step 1. Click on the “+ Create” button, then “New Order” to open a window for creating a new order.

Step 2. Fill in the required information and click the “Create” button.
