Creating Inquiries On Calls
To create Inquiries automatically on incoming calls, you need to connect and configure telephony on the “Settings > Telephony” page. After that, the RO App will display an incoming call card.
Step 1. Click on the “+ Create” button, then “New inquiry” to open the inquiry creation window.
Step 2: Fill the necessary information and click Create.
