  • automatic task creation for responsible employees.

This ensures that no call goes unnoticed and your team always knows what actions need to be taken.

If the calling contact has an assigned manager, the inquiry or task will be created for that person. If not, you can configure a list of employees to whom they will be assigned in rotation.

Getting Started

To enable Aircall integration:

  1. Go to Settings > Telephony

  2. Click + Provider and select Aircall

  3. Connect your Aircall account to RO App

  4. Add your extension numbers

  5. Save the settings
