If the calling contact has an assigned manager, the inquiry or task will be created for that person. If not, you can configure a list of employees to whom they will be assigned in rotation.

Go to Settings > Telephony
Click + Provider and select Aircall
Connect your Aircall account to RO App
Add your extension numbers
