How to quickly find help and answers in RO App

Learn how to quickly find answers to questions in RO App using the knowledge base, tips, and support chat in web and mobile app

Even the most experienced RO App users have some questions about the system's features from time to time. Find the Help button in the top right corner of any page and click it. Here you can go to the Help Center, turn on Training Mode, or contact our Support. You can also see your company ID here.

In case you didn't find answers to your questions in our Help Center, click on the "Chat to support" button. This opens a chat window where you can contact our support team.

You can also chat to support directly from the RO App Dashboard or RO App mobile app. To do this, go to the Settings section and click the "Chat to support" button.
