To streamline your communication with clients and employees, you can enable VoIP integration in RO App.

VoIP integration will allow you to:

  • record calls and analyze your managers’ performance

  • listen to calls in the work orders, client profiles, or in the call report

  • track all incoming, outgoing, and missed calls

  • transcribe call recordings

  • increase the communication quality with the help of an incoming call card that shows the client's name, phone number, and status of their work order/request

  • view reports of incoming and outgoing calls for any period of time.
