What to do when RO App automatically fills in the wrong data, when I fill out a work order or client form?

This error occurs if your browser has the autofill function enabled. To disable it, do the following:

1. Go to the browser settings by clicking the vertical three in the upper right corner.

2. In the settings, go to the Autofill and passwords section -> click "Addresses and more".

3. Disable “Save and fill addresses”.

Done! Now, when filling out any form in RO App, your data will not be automatically filled in.

Manage the working panel

In RO App, you can hide the sidebar with sections to increase the size of the working window. After you hide the working panel with the names of the sections, they will be displayed with the corresponding icons.

To hide the sidebar, hover over the collapsible line next to it and left-click once. It's done!

To expand the sidebar with the names of the sections in RO App, hover over the collapsible line next to it and click once with the left mouse button. You're done!
