To create a work order from a chat, you need to link a client to it. Learn more about how to assign a client to a chat in this article.

Go to the Chats page and select the desired chat. Click the "+ Document" button and select "Order".

The created work order is displayed in the chat with the client and on the workflows page.

The work orders card in the chat displays information according to the settings in the work orders form editor.
