How do I create an inquiry from Chat?
Go to the Chats page and select the desired chat. Click the "+ Document" button and select Inquiry.
The created document is displayed in the client's chat and on the Inquiries page.
The chat inquiry card displays information according to the settings in the inquiry form editor.
