How to set up a public booking page?

Learn how to set up a public page correctly so that customers can quickly and conveniently book the services they need online

The RO App Public Page of Booking is a convenient online tool that allows your customers to independently select the date, time, and service for booking without having to call or write to the manager. It works as a virtual booking form, accessible via a link that you can post on your website, social media, or send directly to customers.

This feature is especially useful for businesses that require advance booking: beauty salons and barbershops, dental and medical clinics, auto repair shops and car washes, service centers, and other companies that provide scheduled services.

Public page Booking settings: Appearance

In this block, you can customize the appearance of the public page Booking. In this block, you can customize:

  • Logo display — check the box to display your company logo on the public page of the Booking. You can add or change your company logo in Settings > General in Company Information.

  • Color — set the main color of the page (for example, buttons or accents) to match your brand style.

  • Background pattern — choose a background that will be displayed on the page to create a unique design for the public page of Bookings.

  • Border radius — adjust the roundness of the corners of elements (buttons, blocks) to give the page a more modern look.

  • Page URL — set your own page address by changing the subdomain to make the link more convenient and recognizable.

After setting the appearance parameters for the public page of the Bookings, click Save.

Important: For the public page of the online registration to work correctly, you need to:

- Fill in the Employee schedule in advance. If the schedule is not filled in, clients will not be able to book an appointment with this employee via the public page.
