Cartum is a modern eCommerce platform for creating online stores. It offers 200+ website templates, SEO optimization, fast product import, and other tools for online retail. And now, you can connect Cartum for two-way synchronization and order management in the RO App.

How the Integration Works

Once your Cartum stores are connected, the RO App automatically:

  • imports orders from Cartum;

  • synchronizes order statuses between platforms;

  • adds products from orders without manual entry.

After connecting your shops, all uncompleted and undelivered orders from the last two months, as well as all new Cartum orders, will be automatically created in the RO App.

Every 5 minutes, the RO App synchronizes with Cartum, checking current order statuses and updating product details. Products are added to orders without being deducted from stock, so you’ll still need to fulfill them manually.

If you set up status matching between Cartum and the RO App, statuses will be automatically updated in both directions. Each order will display the date and time of the last update.

You can also refresh one or several orders manually (no more than once every 10 minutes).

Connecting Cartum Stores

In Settings > Ecommerce Connect, you can connect any number of your Cartum stores in just a few minutes.

To connect a store, specify:

  • shop name;

  • your shop URL;

  • login (not email) and password listed under Settings > Admins in your Cartum account;

  • the location where orders will be created;

  • the type of orders to create;

  • language for product names and descriptions;

  • the method for identifying Cartum products in the RO App (to avoid duplicates);

  • managers who will receive new orders (you can assign one, several, or all — in which case orders will rotate among them).

After entering the data, click Continue to proceed to status mapping.

We recommend setting up status correspondence between the RO App and Cartum so that when the order status changes on one platform, it’s automatically updated on the other.

Then click Save and import orders — synchronization will begin. All unfulfilled orders from the past two months will appear in the RO App. If there are many, the import may take a bit longer.

For step-by-step guidance, follow our detailed instructions on connecting Cartum to the RO App.
