Shopify is one of the world’s leading eCommerce platforms, trusted by millions of businesses to sell online and in person. It offers a simple store builder, hundreds of customizable design templates, powerful marketing tools, and an intuitive product management system.
And now, with the new Shopify integration, you can automatically import orders from your Shopify stores directly into RO App — along with products and client information — to manage them all in one place.
How the Integration Works
Once your Shopify store is connected, RO App automatically:
imports all new orders from Shopify;
adds products from those orders without manual entry;
creates new clients (if they don’t already exist) based on the order data.
After connecting, all unclosed and uncanceled Shopify orders from the last two months, as well as all new ones, will automatically appear in RO App.
Every minute, RO App checks for new orders and updates product details. Products added to imported orders are not deducted from stock, so you can control fulfillment manually.
You can also refresh one or several orders manually (no more than once every 10 minutes).
Connecting Your Shopify Stores
In Settings > Ecommerce Connect, you can connect any number of Shopify stores in just a few minutes.
To connect a store, specify:
shop name;
your Shopify website URL;
API key (access token generated in your Shopify account under Settings > Apps and sales channels);
the location where orders will be created;
the type of orders to create;
the method for identifying Shopify products in RO App (to avoid duplicates);
managers who will receive new orders (you can assign one, several, or all — in which case orders will rotate among them).
After entering the data, click Save and import orders — synchronization will begin.
All unclosed and uncanceled orders from the past two months will appear in RO App. If there are many, the import may take a bit longer.
