To create a booking from a chat, you need to link the client to it.
To create a booking from a chat:
1. Go to the Chats page and select the desired chat.
2. Click on the “+ Document” button and select “Booking.”
The created booking is displayed in the chat with the client and on the Bookings page. Contact details in the booking are automatically pulled from the current chat. If necessary, they can be edited after the booking is created.
