The RO Mobile App allows you to easily track working hours and view employee schedules. This helps you not only conveniently record your own working hours, but also check and control working hours on the go.
Time tracking in the mobile app
If the “Enable time tracking” checkbox is selected in the employee's profile, a time tracker will be displayed in the work schedule block in the main menu of the mobile app.
To start the countdown, press the start symbol “>” and select the location if the employee works in several locations. To stop the countdown, press the pause symbol “||” in the same place.
If the timer is not running, the next shift is displayed on the left in the timer block.
If the timer is running, the total time the timer has been running today is displayed.
The timer in the app is synchronized with the timer in the web version, and all data is automatically transferred to the timesheet.
Work schedule in the mobile app
On the main screen of the mobile app, tap the work schedule section to view it. If you have time tracking enabled, tap the working hours shown on the left side of the section, or tap the empty field if the schedule has not yet been set.
To view the work schedule, the corresponding right must be enabled in the role settings.
Please note:
You can only set up and edit the work schedule in the web version of RO App; this feature is currently unavailable in the mobile app.
This section displays the work schedule, not the timesheet.

Next, select the desired location and month — only monthly view mode is available.
The column list shows all employees who have access to the schedule at this location. You can configure access to the work schedule in the location settings or in the employee profile.
The days of the month are displayed horizontally. Swipe the schedule left or right to navigate between days.
The following symbols are used in the schedule:
Working day — blue block indicating working hours and their total number for the day;
Sick leave — red block;
Vacation — green block;
Day off — orange block;
Non-working day — empty cell.
If an employee has working hours set in one location but is also displayed in another, these working hours are shown as white blocks in another location. This helps to avoid overlapping working hours that are already occupied.
