When connecting the integration, you may encounter the old product name — RemOnline. The data is currently being updated and will be updated shortly.

Apix-Drive is an online connector for services and programs that allows you to create an integration without programmers in a few minutes!

The instruction assumes that you already have an account with Apix-Drive and an advertising account on Facebook.

With this integration, you will be able to create customers, requests, or orders in RO App when your customers fill out an application from the Facebook Lead form. There are several steps to install and connect the integration.

Please note that RO App has a direct integration with Facebook Messenger, which allows you to communicate with your customers without leaving RO App. Find more information about connecting, configuring, and working with the integration in this section of the Help Center.

Step 1. Create a Facebook - RO App connection

Log in to your Apix-Drive account and create a Facebook - RO App connection.

To do this, go to the "Connections" page and click the "+ Create connection" button.

Step 2. Configure Facebook data sources

1. Select the Facebook data source and click "Continue".

2. Next, you need to specify an action - Get LEADS (new) and click "Continue".

🔎 For detailed instructions on how to connect Facebook to Apix-Drive, follow the link.

When the connected account is displayed in the "Valid accounts" list, select it.

4. Select the page and forms from which you want to send leads. Click “Edit and continue”.

5. Add a filtering condition, if necessary, and click "Continue".

6. Click the “Load test data from Facebook” button if you have empty fields (this can happen when you have a lead form set up but no ads running). Then click the “Continue” button.

Done! Now you can proceed to setting up data collection in RO App by clicking “Start Configuring Data Destination”.

Step 3. Set up data reception in RO App

1. Select the RO App data receiver and click “Continue”.

2. Select the desired action (Create client”, “Create order”, “Create appeal” or “Change order stage) and click “Edit and continue”.

💡 In our example, we have selected the “Create appeal” action, because we recommend working with such requests in RO App in the form of leads.

3. Connect your RO App account and click “Continue”.

🔎 Detailed instructions on how to connect RO App to Apix-Drive are available here.

4. Set up the field mapping between the Facebook lead form and the customer/request form in RO App.

That is, on this page, you will see all the fields from your customer form and request in RO App. For some fields, you need to click on the field to select the corresponding value from RO App.

For example, for the fields “Lead type”, “Legal entity”, “Workshop”, “Manager”, “Advertising campaign”, “Urgent”.

For the fields to which you want to transfer information from Facebook, you need to select the appropriate variable.

For example, for the “Email” field, select the “Facebook Add. field: email” variable, and for the “Name” field, select the “Facebook Add: full_name”.

☝ Important: when setting up the matching, you must specify values for the fields that are marked with an asterisk. These are mandatory system fields, without which it is impossible to create a request or client, as well as fields that you yourself have specified as mandatory in RO App in the client or lead form.

When the matching is complete, click the “Edit and continue” button.

5. Click the “Send test data to RO App” button to make sure that the data is transferred correctly. If you are satisfied, click the “Continue” button.

Done! Data Source and Destination are connected and configured 😉

Step 4. Enable the update

Click the “Enable update” button.

Congratulations, the connection is up and running. From now on, every time you fill out a Facebook lead form, the data will be automatically transferred to RO App in the form of requests.
