When connecting the integration, you may encounter the old product name — RemOnline. The data is currently being updated and will be updated shortly.

Apix-Drive is an online connector for services and programs that allows you to create an integration without developers in a few minutes!

The instructions assume that you already have an Apix-Drive account and a Wix account.

With this integration, you will be able to create customers, leads, or orders in RO App when your customers fill out a form on your website made with the Wix builder. There are several steps to install and enable the integration.

Step 1. Create a Wix - RO App connection

Log in to your Apix-Drive account and create a Wix — RO App connection.

To do this, go to the Connections page and click the "+ Create Connection" button.

Step 2. Configure Wix data sources

1. Select the Wix data source and click “Continue”.

2. Select the Get Data action and click “Continue”.

3. Connect your Wix account and click “Continue”.

🔎 For detailed instructions on how to connect Wix to Apix-Drive, follow the link.

4. Copy the link, click “Continue”, and go to your Wix account.

5. In your Wix dashboard:

  • Go to the Automations section

  • Click “+ New Automation” then "+ Start from Scratch".

  • Next, select Wix Forms.

  • Then select “Send via Webhook

  • Paste the link you copied in the previous step. Activate the created process.

6. If necessary, add a filtering condition, and then click ”Continue“ in the Apix-Drive.

7. Here you will see the test data, which you can download if necessary. If you are satisfied with everything, click “Continue”.

Done! Now you can proceed to setting up data collection in RO App by clicking “Start Data Receiver Setup”.

Step 3. Set up data reception in RO App

1. Select the RO App data destination and click “Continue”.

2. Select the desired action (Create client”, “Create order”, “Create appeal” or “Change order stage) and click “Continue”.

💡 In our example, we have selected the “Create appeal” action, because we recommend working with such requests in RO App in the form of leads.

3. Connect your RO App account and click “Continue”.

🔎 Detailed instructions on how to connect RO App to Apix-Drive are available here.

4. Configure the field mapping between the Wix form and the client/lead form in RO App.

That is, on this page, you will see all the fields from your client form and lead in RO App. For some fields, you need to click on the field to select the corresponding value from RO App.

For example, for the fields “Lead type”, “Legal entity”, “Workshop”, “Manager”, “Advertising campaign”, “Urgent”.

For the fields where you want to pass information from the Wix form, you need to select the appropriate variable.

For example, for the “E-mail” contact field, select the “data_contact_email” variable, and for the “Name” field, respectively, “data_contact_name_first”.

☝ Important: when setting up the matching, you must specify values for the fields marked with an asterisk. These are mandatory system fields, without which it is impossible to create a lead or client, as well as those fields that you specified as mandatory in RO App in the client or lead form.

5. When the matching is complete, click the “Edit and Continue” button.

6. Click the “Send test data to RO App” button to make sure that the data is transferred correctly. If you are satisfied, click the “Continue” button.

Done! Data Source and Destination are connected and configured 😉

Step 4. Enable the update

Click the “Enable update” button.

Congratulations, the connection is up and running. Now, every time you fill out a Wix form, the data will be automatically transferred to RO App in the form of leads.
